Something Beautiful.

Robbie Williams has a song called "Something Beautiful". It's about the struggles of a single person trying to find that special someone. It's told from a hopeful perspective. The hope being that "something beautiful" will come your way. I've been on that quest for almost 40 years now. It seems to change for me on a weekly basis. There are times when people come along and make me realize why I never give up on the hope that "something beautiful" will come my way. The funny thing is that it usually comes along in a completely unexpected manner. I once told a friend that "I didn't miss what I don't have." I think the truth is, when I have a taste of "something beautiful", I wanna hold onto it for as long as possible. I'm realizing that I basically go through life having normal/average days, so when I have a great day, I want to hold onto those good feelings for as long as I can.
